If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange or return it for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be evaluated based on the reason for exchange/return.

Our guarantee to you:
Blue Line Whips offers a lifetime non-transferable warranty on all Blue Line Whips LED whips. Lifetime warranty implies for the life of the whips under normal use, NOT the life of the owner.

Blue Line Whips LED Whips Lifetime Warranty

Warranty: Blue Line Whips warrants its LED whips to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the LED whip. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Blue Line Whips  or it’s authorized retailers and applied only to the original owner.  “Lifetime” doesn’t mean for the life of the owner, but rather means for the life of the whip.  Our whips are guaranteed for approximately 50,000 hours.

Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that cause the LED whip to malfunction. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

    • Defective LEDs
    • Faulty wiring
    • Manufacturing defects

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any damage caused by:

    • Improper installation
    • Misuse
    • Abuse
    • Accidents
    • Acts of God
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, please contact Blue Line Whips customer service at Bluelinewhips@outlook.com. You will need to provide the following information:

    • Your name and contact information
    • The date of purchase
    • The model of the LED whip
    • A description of the problem

Blue Line Whips will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must return the defective LED whip to Blue Line Whips at the address provided, along with a copy of your proof of purchase and a copy of the RMA form.  You are responsible for return shipping.

Warranty Remedy: If Blue Line Whips determines that the LED whip is defective, it will be repaired or replaced at Blue Line Whips' discretion. Blue Line Whips is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning the defective LED whip.  If Blue Line Whips determines the whip is defective, Blue Line Whips will return your whips at no cost to you.

Disclaimer: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Blue Line Whips. All other warranties, express or implied, are hereby disclaimed, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Blue Line Whips is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products.

Limitation of Liability: Blue Line Whips' liability under this warranty is limited to the maximum cost of repair or replacement of the defective LED whip. Blue Line Whips is not liable for any other damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or personal injury.

Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Warranty Limitations
The manufacturer defect warranty is void if the product has been altered in any way. This includes but not limited to: cutting wires, cutting the whips, rewiring the original wiring setup, improper wiring, altering the Bluetooth controller, running an unapproved bluetooth controller, mounting on a different holder, altering the base, or running an oversized flag, submerging the whip in water (our whips are water resistant but are not meant to be completely submerged).  We recommend flying 12x18 nylon or polyester flags.  We do not recommend flying a 3x5 embroidered flag due to the weight of flag and wind drag which can damage the whip.
